I'm 48 and people always think I'm in my early 30s, but I was an absolute disaster between the ages of like 12 and 35. I smoked two packs of cigarettes a day for most of those years, drank like a fish, I was severely addicted to cocaine for about 10 years, really I would consume any drug I could get my hands on except heroin...it was not a good situation, but you'd never know it to look at me. I'm like this fresh-faced farm boy. It's weird.

I disagree, I’ve done heroin and coke off and on for 20+ years, along with other drugs here and there and I’m 38 but still look 22. I believe I’ve always heard that heroin preserves you and for whatever reason I think my use of it has definitely preserved me, as well as others I know who’ve struggled with the drug. Sure I agree that some drugs absolutely age a person, fast, especially methamphetamine, and alcohol.
