He points out how the king costumes had so many details that would never be seen in the film, but he could see them, as like a metaphor for how hard everyone in every department went helped them all truly feel and believe in what they were doing. He felt kingly when he put on his costumes

My Mum recently watched the first two films for the first time ever. We sat down to watch the 3rd last night, and she said "but I've seen this one!".

Eventually we worked out that she had somehow skipped over The Two Towers, lol.

"I did wonder who all these new characters were...and who those ghosts were..." 😆

So now I've said we must watch all 3 extended editions as 'penance'.

We shall raise a drink to Bernard 'Gizza job!' Hill, of course. Ride now! Ride for ruin, and the world's ending!
