Nah i think it was speed. His twitchy head movements and odd yelling reminds me of someone who takes too much adderall and drinks possibly with a Xanax

It's coke and alcohol. It's almost always coke and alcohol when someone's acting like that in the UK, and they're on the London Underground. We don't have a meth problem, and you hardly see speed anymore, but virtually everyone seems to get a bag of sniff in when they're drinking.
