It's coke and alcohol. It's almost always coke and alcohol when someone's acting like that in the UK, and they're on the London Underground. We don't have a meth problem, and you hardly see speed anymore, but virtually everyone seems to get a bag of sniff in when they're drinking.

Definitely coke. Seen it a hundred times. Restless body movements. Unable to read the room. Over abundance of confidence and inflated sense of ability. All classic coke.
